The point is CDPs are simply built for building user profiles.

(Web) Analytics tools are built for analyzing user behaviour on websites and apps.

Both have to comply with GDPR (=user consent required), but that is a different battlefield and a legal question. I was simply talking about their capabilities with no regards to legal barriers.
